Authorities said they did not think she had been wearing a helmet.

Man suspected in station incident

THOUSAND OAKS - Attendant Wardak Zarghoom, 28, of North Hills was arrested Friday on suspicion of fondling a female customer on Dec. 22 at the Mobil gas station at 855 Wendy Drive in Newbury Park, officials said.
