LANCASTER - Prosecutors have declined to file charges against a 20-year-old man who was arrested at a St. Patrick's St. Patrick's or Saint Patrick's may refer to:

Two other men arrested, Travis Willie, 20, and Bryan Dunlap, 21, both of Quartz Hill have been charged with misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer.

VALENCIA - A power outage in Valencia on Wednesday night put about 500 homes in the dark for about an hour, authorities said.

A brief outage occurred about 8:30 p.m. and was followed by a roughly hourlong outage, starting about 10 p.m.

The cause of the outage was unknown.
