BRIEFLY DEPUTIES SEEKING CAR AFTER INCIDENT.


LANCASTER - Sheriff's deputies hunted Friday afternoon for a car after witnesses said one of its two male occupants waved a gun at a bus containing high school students.

Assailant tosses firebomb at house

LAKE LOS ANGELES Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  - Someone threw a firebomb at a Lake Los Angeles home early Friday, but it bounced off the house and burst into flames on the lawn, deputies said.

Deputies have not said what might have prompted the attack, which occurred about 1:45 a.m. Friday in the 40500 block of 152nd Street East.
