Two days before a state waste board-hosted community meeting on Bradley Landfill, Waste Management, Inc Waste Management, Inc. City officials like county's gang law

Lottery prize won in Woodland Hills

WOODLAND HILLS - Gwendolyn Sadler won the $10 million SuperLotto jackpot Saturday with a ticket she purchased at Green Jug Fine Wines and Spirits in Woodland Hills, officials said Monday.

Sadler, who declined to speak publicly about her winnings, chose the lump-sum option and, after taxes, will get a check for $5,514,694, officials said. She had been playing steadily for about eight months and did not normally shop at the Green Jug, on Platt Avenue, where she bought her $5 quick pick.

Green Jug will get $50,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Bank gives CSUN CSUN California State University Northridge  $1 million grant

NORTHRIDGE - Wells Fargo has given $1 million to California State University, Northridge CSUN offers a variety of programs leading to bachelor's degrees in 61 fields and master's degrees in 42 fields. The university has over 150,000 alumni. City orders more hybrid vehicles
