BRIEFLY CREDIT CARD FRAUD SUSPECT ARRESTED.LAKE LOS ANGELES - Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Chatsworth man they suspect of fraudulently obtaining a credit card in the name of a Lake Los Angeles resident.
