BRIEFLY COUPLE UNDER ARREST IN GUNPOINT THREAT.


PALMDALE Palmdale, city (1990 pop. 68,842), Los Angeles co., S Calif., in the irrigated Antelope Valley; a growing residential suburb of Los Angeles near Little Rock Creek where it forms Lake Palmdale Reservoir, inc. 1962.  - A Palmdale couple was arrested after the man threatened another man at gunpoint at a mobile home park, then pointed the gun at a park security guard, officials said Tuesday.

The woman helped him escape from sheriff's deputies by giving him a ride from The Boulders mobile home park on Rancho ran·cho

Phillip Valenzuela, 37, and Krystal Sandford, 21, were arrested about 3 1/2 hours after the 1 p.m. Tuesday incident when deputies stopped a car they were in on Avenue M, deputies said.

Deputies said Valenzuela got in a heated argument with another man, pulled out a handgun and chased the victim through his mobile home. As Valenzuela left the home, deputies said, he pointed a revolver revolver: see small arms.
