MOORPARK - Expanded VISTA bus service to Moorpark College Moorpark College is a California-state funded community college located on a 134 acre (542,000 m²) property reclining on a hill in Moorpark, a town in Ventura County, California.  has been tentatively scheduled to begin Aug. 7, officials said Wednesday.

Under the new schedule, the first bus will arrive at the campus at 6:50 a.m., and the last will leave at 6:20 p.m. In addition, hourly service will be introduced on Saturdays, with buses running from 8:50 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Saturday service will be a six-month experiment to determine whether it is cost-effective, officials said.

Currently, bus service to the campus runs from 7:50 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. weekdays.
