The Antelope Valley
 voters will be asked in November to approve a $139 million bond measure that would pay for new construction at Antelope Valley College's Lancaster campus and start a new Palmdale campus.

College trustees voted unanimously Monday night to put on the Nov. 2 election a ballot measure called the ``Antelope Valley College Antelope Valley College is a comprehensive community college located in Lancaster, California, USA.
