The group will hike the Rocky Peak Trail, a strenuous five-mile round- trip trek, on Sundays at 4 p.m. The trailhead is at the end of Rocky Peak Road off Santa Susana Pass Santa Susana Pass is a mountain pass connecting Simi Valley to the San Fernando Valley. The road used to be an Indian trail, and later a wagon road (a famous part was called Devil's Slide) before the road was paved. . On Thursdays at 6 p.m., the group will lead a moderate five-mile round- trip hike on the Chumash Trail.
