BURBANK - As part of Red Ribbon Week Red Ribbon Week is a United States initiative of prevention and education about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. During this week in October, students all over the country make pledges to live drug and alcohol free.  to promote a drug-free America, Burbank will sponsor a kids' bicycle ride Saturday at Johnny Carson

 Park, 400 S. Hope Drive.

The 1.5-mile ride will start at 8:45 a.m., with check-in at 8 a.m. Participants must ride two-wheel bicycles and wear safety helmets.

Public is invited to tour the Grove

GLENDALE - The public is invited to a Nov. 3 community tour of the Grove at Farmer's Market - the latest project by Caruso Affiliated Caruso Affiliated is a real estate development company in California, U.S.A.. It is headed by Rick Caruso.

It is known particularly for building higher-end outdoor shopping centers.
 Holdings, which is also developing the city's Town Centre Project.

The Grove in Los Angeles is considered comparable to the Town Centre's proposed retail component.

BURBANK - Actress Vanessa Williams will appear Saturday, designated Make A Difference Day, at the Kmart at 3150 San Fernando Road San Fernando Road is a major street in the city and county of Los Angeles.
