Cops nab two suspects in heist

Disneyland guests felled by spray

ANAHEIM -- About 20 Disneyland visitors complained of throat irritations Friday after an apparent discharge of Mace or pepper spray, a park spokesman said.

Paramedics and park nurses responded to the 3 p.m. incident in Tomorrowland but all of the complaining guests declined medical treatment, said Ray Gomez.

Deputy convicted of grand theft

A suspended Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy was convicted Friday of using credit cards to buy nearly $9,000 in custom car wheels and rims.

The Los Angeles Superior Court jury deliberated about a day before finding David Osorio, 30, guilty of two counts each of grand theft and unauthorized use of an access card.

His defense attorney maintains he has been misidentified and wrongly accused.

Sentencing is scheduled for May 31. He has been free on his own recognizance.
