Richard Woolard, a Calabasas resident, was named the group's new executive chairman, and Margaret Fieweger of Thousand Oaks will serve as vice chair. T.O. to ask for help in finding manager THOUSAND OAKS - The City Council voted to send a letter to executive search firms asking them to submit proposals to help the council find a new city manager to replace Grant Brimhall, who is retiring after 20 years with the city. The council also voted 3-2 to reject a proposal from Councilwoman Elois Zeanah to begin thinking about the qualifications the council would like to see in a new manager. Zeanah and Parks voted in favor of the failed measure. ``That's something that really needs to be discussed with the search firm,'' Mayor Mike Markey said.
