BRIEFLY : VEHICLE HITS COUPLE IN SHERMAN OAKS.


SHERMAN OAKS - A man and his wife crossing Sherman Oaks Avenue on foot were hit by a vehicle and seriously injured Wednesday night, authorities said.

The 59-year-old man, who was not immediately identified, received fractures to both legs and one arm. He also suffered a concussion, according to according to
