BRIEFLY : TEEN-AGE DRIVER KILLED AFTER LOSING HIS WAY.


SOUTH GATE - A teen-age driver who made a wrong turn was shot to death Sunday by gang members who blocked the street with their cars, authorities said. The shooters got away.

Raul Felix, 17, of Los Angeles was shot about 1 a.m. near Imperial Highway and Atlantic Avenue, Los Angeles County sheriff's spokesman Bob Killeen said.

Felix and a friend had taken a date home but got lost trying to find their way back to a freeway, Killeen said. When they turned onto a dead-end street, gang members in two cars blocked their path and opened fire.
