BRIEFLY : SUSPECT IN ROBBERY TAKEN INTO CUSTODY.PALMDALE - A sheriff's deputy handling a report of a disturbance at a fast-food restaurant early Saturday turned out to have been in the right place at the right time to arrest a robbery suspect. Deputy Joe Delia was investigating a disturbance call at a Taco Bell in the 2500 block of East Avenue S shortly after midnight when a person told him a robbery was occurring in the nearby Hollywood Video store. Delia saw a man walk out of the store, and the witness identified him as the suspect, deputies said. Delia held the man at gunpoint and called for assistance by radio.
