Mats Wilander rallied from a set down to defeat Vincent Spadea and earn a spot in the semifinals of the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships The U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships is an annual ATP Tour tennis tournament held in Houston, Texas. Wilander was his best at counterpunching after surviving Spadea's overpowering start. He frustrated the 21-year-old American on his way to a 1-6, 6-3, 6-2 victory.
