Tanya Dawn Pittman, 36, pleaded not guilty to charges that she was driving while impaired on unspecified drugs when she drove through the intersection of Telephone Road and Hill Street in Ventura, through a traffic light that was not working, and slammed into Whitney's car.

``When someone drives while impaired, the car really becomes a deadly weapon deadly weapon n. any weapon which can kill.
