 courses at the Ventura Campus of California State University, Northridge CSUN offers a variety of programs leading to bachelor's degrees in 61 fields and master's degrees in 42 fields. The university has over 150,000 alumni. It's also home to a summer musical theater/theater program known as TADW (TeenAge Drama Workshop) that leads teenagers through an , through the Open University Program.

The program allows nonmatriculated students to sign up for courses as space becomes available. The spring semester begins on Jan. 26 and costs students $142 per unit. Costs are higher for lab classes or classes of more than three units. Students in the Open University must have completed any course prerequisites and must attend the first class meeting.
