Pasta dinner to help fund Burbank center

BURBANK - The Burbank Temporary Aid Center will hold its annual pasta dinner fund-raiser Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church First United Methodist Church is a common name for the first United Methodist church established in a particular locality. Many First United Methodist Churches exist around the world. .

This year's dinner will be held in memory of the late Frank Nardo, who with his wife, Libby, supported the center for years and prepared thousands of benefit pasta dinners.

Dinner will be in two servings at 5 and 6:15 p.m. at the church, 700 N. Glenoaks Blvd. Tickets may be purchased at the door, at the Burbank Temporary Aid Center, 1304 W. Burbank Blvd., or at local churches.
