BRIEFLY : GLENDALE SPONSORS DAY CAMP FOR KIDS.


GLENDALE - It's spring break for many Glendale children and the city is sponsoring a Spring Day Camp through the week.

The city's department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is holding the camp for children ages 6 to 14 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Campers will take hikes, do arts and crafts arts and crafts, term for that general field of applied design in which hand fabrication is dominant. Youth club to honor Burbank city official

BURBANK - The Boys & Girls Club Girls Club is a 2002 American television series created by David E. Kelley, who was also it's producer and executive producer. Only two out of a total of thirteen episodes created were broadcast on Fox Television in the United States and Global Television in Canada.  of Burbank will honor Burbank City Manager Robert ``Bud'' Ovrom at its 1999 Golden Achievement Awards dinner on May 14.

Ovrom is being honored for his commitment to youths, particularly through his support of the club's youth employment program and youth recreation activities sponsored by the city.

The dinner at the Burbank Airport Hotel will benefit the Burbank Boys & Girls Club, which serves more than 700 children, regardless of their ability to pay.
