BRIEFLY : EX-FRESNO ST. COACH ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

A retired Fresno State football coach has been accused of calling his former secretary a ``Prozac Queen,'' asking her to show more cleavage and forcing her to carry money to players and coaches.

In complaints filed with state authorities, Vickie Gould, 52, contends she had to endure harassment from coach Jim Sweeney, who allegedly called her names, made inappropriate remarks and crude references to sex acts and sexual preferences.

``Sweeney would take his own hand and feign masturbation in (Gould's) presence,'' according to complaints filed in October with the state Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the State Board of Control, which handles claims filed with state agencies. Gould is seeking $2.5 million in damages.

Sweeney, who retired in 1996 after becoming the 16th major-college coach in history to record 200 wins, was surprised at the allegations. ``This came as a complete shock,'' he said.

Washington Huskies quarterback Bruce Huard, a third-year sophomore, and center Olin Kreutz and guard Benji Olson, both juniors, are looking into playing in the NFL next season. The Huskies have submitted their names to the league to find out how the trio would do in April's draft.

NBA: Kevin Johnson, who has missed the past five games with tendinitis in his right knee, was placed on the injured list by the Phoenix Suns. To replace Johnson on the roster, the Suns signed free-agent guard Brooks Thompson.

Washington Wizards coach Bernie Bickerstaff said he thinks Tracy Murray and Rod Strickland have put their feud behind them but acknowledged such fights scar the NBA as a whole.
