Mighty Ducks is a half-hour Disney animated series aired on ABC and The Disney Afternoon in the fall of 1996. Twenty-six episodes total were produced.

Hebert was injured Monday at Boston when a stick inadvertently hit him in the forehead. The Ducks listed his availability as day-to-day.

The Ducks also placed left wing Shawn Antoski on injured reserve, retroactive to Nov. 21. He suffered a left hip strain Nov. 20 and also had been listed day-to-day.

General manager John Paddock was fired by the Phoenix Coyotes, one day after their worst loss of the season. Paddock was in his third full season as general manager, starting with the club when it played as the Winnipeg Jets.

Buffalo Sabres captain Pat LaFontaine is unsure what his future in hockey holds and wants to make sure he feels well again before making any career decisions. The veteran center, who has been out of the lineup for more than a month while recovering from serious post-trauma effects of a concussion, is not certain he will ever play again.
