LANCASTER - Sheriff's deputies will take part starting today in a stepped-up nationwide drive to enforce seat belt and child passenger safety laws.

Throughout the week leading up to Memorial Day, motorists who don't buckle up children will be stopped as part of Operation ABC ABC
