BRIEFLY : CITY COUNCIL URGES HANSEN DAM LEASE.A City Council panel recommended Monday that former jockey Eddie Milligan be given a 21-year lease to operate the Hansen Dam Hansen Dam in Los Angeles County, California was built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District in 1939 and 1940.
