PANORAMA CITY - A 3-year-old Panorama City boy was critically hurt when the all-terrain motorbike he was riding on crashed into a wall Saturday afternoon, Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  police reported.

A 22-year-old man, whom police wouldn't identify, was driving a Honda three-wheeled bike down an alley near Coldwater Canyon Drive and Willard Street, Officer Celeste Celeste is a woman's first name. Celeste may also refer to:

 Thiel said. He had the 3-year-old riding in front of him and a 10-year-old boy behind him, Thiel said.

The 3-year-old was taken to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where he was in critical condition, she said.

None of the three riders was wearing a helmet, police said. The crash remains under investigation.

VAN NUYS - A Los Angeles police officer sustained minor injuries when a drunk driving suspect slammed into his patrol car at a stoplight Saturday night, police said.

About 8:30 p.m., the officer was facing west on Burbank Boulevard, waiting to make a left turn onto Balboa Balboa, town (1990 pop. 2,751), Colón prov., in the former Panama Canal Zone, on the Gulf of Panama. The port for Panama City, Balboa was the administrative headquarters of the Panama Canal Zone. It was also the site of a U.S. navy base (closed 1999).  Boulevard, Officer A. Vergara said.

The driver of the second vehicle was headed east on Burbank Boulevard, but hit the patrol car head-on, Vergara said.

Neither driver sustained serious injuries. The officer was treated at Kaiser Permanente Kaiser Permanente is an integrated managed care organization, based in Oakland, California, founded in 1945 by industrialist Henry J. Kaiser and physician Sidney R. Garfield.  Hospital-Woodland Hills, while the other driver was booked into the Van Nuys jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
