BRIEFLY : 4 SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN MEDICATION THEFT.

CANYON COUNTRY - Four people were arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of stealing over-the-counter medications from a Canyon Country supermarket.

Los Angeles residents Jesus Garcia, 27; Martin Amarillas, 32; Santiago Aguirre, 25; and Elizabeth Margarita, 38, were booked in the Santa Clarita Valley sheriff's station on suspicion of burglary and jailed there, Lt. Dan Castillo said.

Sheriff's officials suspect the three men grabbed the pain and cold medications from the Hughes market on Soledad Canyon Road to resell, Castillo said. Margarita drove the get-away vehicle, according to a sheriff's report.
