Car crash hurts 2 at Simi intersection

SIMI VALLEY - Two people were hurt Sunday morning when three vehicles collided after a power outage knocked out a traffic signal at Royal Avenue and Sinaloa Road, police said.

The three vehicles entered the intersection without stopping and collided following the 9:19 a.m. power outage, officials said.
