SUN VALLEY - A 1-1/2-year-old girl fell from a third-floor balcony Friday evening and was taken by helicopter to a local hospital with possible skull fractures skull fracture,

The girl was flown by helicopter to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, where she was listed in critical condition in the intensive care unit Friday evening.

Public gets warning regarding jury calls

Los Angeles County Juror juror n. any person who actually serves on a jury. Owner of markets enters plea in court

Flemming Willi Larsen, the owner of two Danish American Farms markets, pleaded not guilty Friday to charges that he solicited the murder of a former business associate and solicited the assault of a former store manager.

Larsen, 56, was arraigned in Van Nuys Superior Court. He remains in custody on $3 million bail and is next due in court on Sept. 2 for a pretrial pre·tri·al

Teen hospitalized after severe cut

NORTH HOLLYWOOD - A 16-year-old North Hollywood boy was listed in serious condition Friday night after he slipped and put his left arm through his apartment window, cutting it severely, police said.

The accident occurred about 7:45 p.m. in the 6700 block of Denny Avenue, said Sgt. E. Russell, of the North Hollywood Division. The youth's name was not available.

``He lost a lot of blood,'' Russell said.

The teen was taken to Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills.
