BRIEFLY $3 MILLION TO AID TOURISM WORKERS.


A $3 million program to help hotel and airport workers thrown out of work as a result of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks was announced Tuesday by labor leaders and elected officials.

County picks bid for rebuilding hall
