Allen "Al" Davis (born July 4, 1929 in Brockton, Massachusetts) is an American football executive, who currently serves as the president and managing general partner of the NFL's Oakland Raiders.
 said Wednesday he expects the team to complete relocation of its operations by mid-June.Davis said decisions are imminent on both the location of a training camp and team headquarters.

Davis brought the Raiders back to Oakland last year, but he has maintained the Raiders' El Segundo El Segundo (ĕl sēgŭn`dō), industrial city (1990 pop. 15,223), Los Angeles co., S Calif., on Santa Monica Bay; inc. 1917. Its products include navigation and computer systems, aircraft parts, office machines, telephone apparatus, and  headquarters and flew the team north for its home games.

Davis said the suit in no way sent a mixed signal about his desire to be back in Oakland.

HOCKEY

The San Jose Sharks The San Jose Sharks are a professional ice hockey team based in San Jose, California, United States. They are members of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL).  fired executive vice president Chuck Grillo. Grillo, who has been with the Sharks since the team was awarded a franchise in 1990, supervised the club's scouting department and player development program.

Former Olympic champion Donna Weinbrecht Donna Weinbrecht won the first gold medal awarded in the first Olympic mogul competitions in freestyle skiing, which were held at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France. Weinbrecht grew up in West Milford, New Jersey.  won a tight moguls final in Salen, Sweden, for her 42nd career World Cup victory. The American skier collected 24.27 points with her run down the Hundfjallet course. The 30-year-old Weinbrecht, who won fame in 1992 as the first Olympic mogul gold medalist, leads the overall standings with 600 points. She is going for her fifth World Cup moguls title.

BASKETBALL

In response to violations over junior college transfers, the president of New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States. At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S).  State cut the number of basketball scholarships by two and banned off-campus recruiting this year.
