Avenue, between Moorpark Avenue and Park Lane, as part of the city's efforts to discourage large trucks on Highway 118. Parking previously was prohibited along most of Los Avenue Avenue, except for the 800-foot shoulder, where parking was restricted from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. But with a City Council vote on Wednesday night, parking will be banned along the entire stretch.
