Police said William Heise, 82, was last seen at 12:30 p.m. at the home on the 5200 block of South J Street. While he'd only been missing for a few hours, police said they felt it was necessary to ask the public's help in finding him because of the disease. And although Heise had wandered away from the home before, he was usually located within a half-hour.
