BRIEFLY: WOMAN HURT WHEN TWO CARS COLLIDE.


PACOIMA - A traffic collision in which a driver is suspected of running a red light left a passenger in critical condition Thursday after she was thrown from a car.

MAN FOUND DEAD IN FRONT OF MARKET

VAN NUYS - Supermarket employees found a 39-year-old man dead on a bench in front of their store Thursday morning, police said.

Police believe the man, who was not immediately identified, died of natural causes, said Los Angeles Police Detective Craig Sacha of the Van Nuys Division.

The man was found about 4 a.m. in the 14400 block of Burbank Boulevard.
