CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. said Wednesday that it will buy all of the remaining outstanding shares of its 10 percent-owned Irish affiliate, CB Richard Ellis Gunne, for $24.6 million in cash.

The deal gives CB Richard Ellis a leading position in the rapidly growing real estate market in Ireland, the company said.

Headquartered in Dublin, CB Richard Ellis Gunne is a full-service commercial real estate services companies. It employs 105 people in Dublin and Belfast.

With a domestic economy growing at more than 5 percent per year, Ireland has one of the healthiest leasing and investment markets in Europe, the company said.

Currently available for free as a ``beta'' test download, the software runs on Windows and Mac OX computers. The software relays the audio to a mobile phone.
