Ducommun sells subsidiary stock

Los Angeles-based Ducommun Inc. announced Monday that it has sold the capital stock of its seating subsidiary, Brice Manufacturing Co. Inc., to Timco Aviation Services Inc. for $1.3 million in cash.

The sale price is subject to adjustment based on a closing balance sheet.

The company expects to report a net loss on the sale in the range of $600,000 to $700,000 in its third quarter 2002 financial statements.

CSC signs 3-year accord with BT

Ohio Honda plant returning to work

Production at a Honda of America Manufacturing Co. plant in Ohio will resume today after being shut down for a day because of the labor dispute at West Coast ports.
