Northrop Grumman Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) is an aerospace and defense conglomerate that is the result of the 1994 purchase of Grumman by Northrop. The company is the third largest defense contractor for the U.S.  Corp. reported Tuesday that, consistent with previous guidance, the company expects 2004 sales of about $28 billion.

CSC's new deals total $110 million

Flynn joined MGM in 1993 as a legal intern in the entertainment business group. He subsequently became a special projects attorney for MGM from 1995 to 1997, spent a year as counsel handling film matters for the legal division, before moving to worldwide television distribution in 1998.
