California and eight other states had planned to call the witnesses, including a former software tester for Microsoft, to testify that Microsoft has done much of the work needed to create the stripped-down version of the Windows operating system that the states want.

The judge ordered the states this week to give their information to company lawyers so they could prepare. Microsoft lawyer Steven Holley said the states delivered an entire computer and 67 CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

Clint Perkins (Member): why is it so hard to keep parts in stores for your shavers 11/11/2009 9:41 PM
My daughter bought me a braun elec shaver with its own wash/charge centre. it charges and washes all at the same time , great shaver right???, NOT, it is less than three years old and I cannot find a replacement cutter cassette for it in any walmart or london drugs store in our area. the shaver was almost $300.00 when it was all said and done so one would think you could get a replacement cassette without ordering it from the factory, If this is the way it is going to be then perhaps it is time to switch to a different brand, or just buy a cheaper shaver and throw it away every couple years. The shaver is a braun series 549 class 2 power unit, the only other # on it is 9585. Clint (250) 991-6652 or captclint@hotmail.com
