Once work begins, Soledad Canyon Road may be reduced to two traffic lanes, one in each direction, and could be narrowed to one traffic lane during daylight hours and be controlled by flaggers. Aliso Canyon Road at Aliso Canyon Creek may be open only to local traffic. The county Department of Public Works will open bids May 8 to contract the projects.
