BRIAN McFadden has postponed his wedding to Delta Goodrem again - so he can launch a new legal battle for custody of his daughters.

He is furious after ex-wife Kerry Katona refused to let him see Molly, eight, and six-year-old Lily-Sue when he returned from Australia earlier this month.

The Irish Daily Mirror can reveal that on Thursday Brian, 29, made a late-night phone call to his solicitors and ordered them to prepare a case for seeking permanent custody of the girls and he has told them he will stop at nothing until he gets the girls.

His fiancee Delta Goodrem, 25, has even vowed to give him 100% backing and help him bring up the kids in Australia if he wants to raise them there.

The singer has told Brian to put their wedding plans on hold indefinitely until the future of his girls is sorted out.

Kerry is said to be so furious about Brian's plans that she is now refusing to take any calls or reply to any texts from him. And Brian's mum Mairead has been so stressed out by Kerry's alleged behaviour that she has been hospitalised twice.

PROBLEMS Brian said: "We haven't spoken for over three years and to be honest it's better that way. But now my mum's attempts to sort things out and arrange time with the girls on my behalf have been knocked back by Kerry. I don't know what is going on in her life and in her home but it's not healthy.

"I have no problem with Mark - the girls love him. It's Kerry that is causing the problems and I want the kids for a year at least until she sorts herself out." I don't what's going Kerry's want the Mairead recently lashed out at Kerry for denying Brian the chance to see his girls. She said: "I think it's unfair they are not getting to see their daddy. I feel sorry for her though, she needs help urgently. This has taken a huge toll on me. I've been in hospital twice with stress and it's breaking my heart to see the girls having to go through this."

year until herself Brian's lawyers will deliver a final demand to Kerry next week for custody of the girls. If she refuses he will then launch a costly legal battle and has vowed to reveal all about Kerry in the courtroom.

A close pal said: "Brian knows a lot more about what has been going on in Kerry's life than he has spoken about publicly."
