BRG Townsend Continues to Expand Customer Management Practice.

BRG Townsend, Inc., (BTI) is pleased to announce that Mary Phillips has joined its management team as Director of its Customer Management Practice. Ms. Phillips brings over 20 years of experience in the Chemicals, Plastics, Oil and Gas industries, both domestic and international. Fourteen of those years were spent at BASF in the Plastics Business, in business management, key account management, supply chain consulting and strategic planning. Prior to working with BASF, Ms. Phillips held positions in engineering and financial analysis in the oil and gas industry. She holds a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. In addition, Mary is APICS, CPIM certified.
