(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :BRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.63 per common share, payable September 28, 1995, to shareholders of record September 8, 1995. The quarterly dividend of $.63 per share is equivalent to $2.52 per share on an annual basis. BRE has paid dividends continuously since the company commenced operations in 1970. The dividend announced today extends to 100 the number of consecutive quarters in which BRE has paid a dividend to shareholders.
