BRANDON SYSTEMS CORPORATION LISTS ON THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE

 NEW YORK, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandon Systems Corporation, of Secaucus, N.J., today commenced trading on the American Stock Exchange. Trading under ticker symbol "BRA", the company's common stock opened at 11:30 a.m. at 10 on 100 shares. The stock previously traded over-the- counter on Nasdaq's National Market System.
 Brandon Systems Corporation, founded in 1968, provides its clients with a broad range of computer support services including technical and professional computer services, insourcing and training. Such services, marketed under the SYSTEMPR trademark and the company's tradenames, Brandon Systems Group, Brandon Training Group and Brandon FSM, are offered on a short-term and contractual basis. Brandon Systems Corporation serves its customers through 21 branch offices strategically located in major cities throughout the United States.

 For the fiscal year ended Sept. 27, 1992, Brandon Systems Corporation reported revenues of $45.3 million, up 19.5 percent from $37.9 million reported in fiscal 1991. Net income for 1992 was $2.623 million, or $0.60 per share, an increase of 32.8 percent as compared with net income of $1.975 million, or $0.45 per share reported last year.
