EurekaGGN, a full-service integrated communications provider, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

"The Port Authority and New York Telecom Partners evaluated many of the region's top telecommunications companies and selected the EurekaGGN group for its technology expertise and vast experience in working in large commercial office buildings."

The BRAM fiber-optic infrastructure will provide a carrier-neutral environment for any elecommunications service provider to deliver redundant solutions within the World Trade Center complex. Open competition among leading telecommunications service providers A Telecommunications Service Provider or TSP is a type of Communications Service Provider that has traditionally provided telephone and similar services. This category includes ILECs, CLECs, and mobile wireless companies.  and carriers provides building tenants multiple service choices. Carriers and service providers, on the other hand, benefit from lower capital start-up costs and ready access to existing customers.

BRAM's Paytas estimates that Tower One alone, once the conduits or tube systems are in place, could house approximately 750 miles of fiber lines. Tower Two's wiring is expected to be completed by Dec. 31.
