(NYSE Amex: BPZ) announced today that Manolo ZuSiga, President and Chief Executive Officer of BPZ Energy, will present on behalf of the Company at the annual Independent Petroleum Association of America's (IPAA) Oil and Gas Symposium in New York on April 21, 2009. The conference is being hosted at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in midtown Manhattan.
