BPM Basics today announced that it has introduced a series of business
process management (BPM) webinar courses designed to help users
understand the fundamentals of specific BPM components including,
process management, knowledge management and collaboration, and
analytics. BPM Basics is the industry's first comprehensive online
resource center designed to help IT and business users understand the
evolution, application and benefits of BPM software.

During each free hour-long webinar course, BPM Expert John Lojek
will examine a specific BPM suite component while a representative
from Appian Corporation will highlight how each component is being
used to solve real-world business challenges.

The first course in this webinar series, "BPM 201: Fundamentals of
Process Management Functionality" will take place on Thursday, July 13
at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The second and third courses "BPM 202:
Fundamentals of Knowledge Management and Collaboration Functionality"
and "BPM 203: Fundamentals of Analytics Functionality" will take place
on August 10 and September 14.
