:BPKR) ("BPK") announced today the appointment of Mark A. Bush and Wes Franklin to BPK's Board of Directors for a minimum term of two years.

Mr. Bush has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Since 1999, Mr. Bush has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone Resources Ltd., a Houston, Texas “Houston” redirects here. For other uses, see Houston (disambiguation).
Houston (pronounced /'hjuːstən/) is the largest city in the state of Texas and the
 oil and gas exploration company. He is also an officer and/or director of Fortis Energy, Inc., and Mescalero Energy, Inc., two Texas based oil and gas companies. Mr. Bush, prior to 1991 was an independent oil and gas operator located in Midland, Texas Midland is the county seat of Midland CountyGR6 located on the Southern Plains of the western area of the U.S. State of Texas. As of the 2006 U.S. Census estimate, the city had a total population of 102,073. .

Mr. Franklin has over thirty years of oil and gas exploration and production experience. Mr. Franklin is an Executive Vice President of Touchstone Resources Ltd. located in Houston, Texas. Prior to assuming his position at Touchstone Resources, Ltd. Mr. Franklin was in senior managerial positions with Tenneco Oil Company and Fina Oil and Chemical for approximately fifteen years.

Mr. Franklin received his M.S. in Geology at Oregon State University Oregon State University, at Corvallis; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1858 as Corvallis College, opened 1865. In 1868 it was designated Oregon's land-grant agricultural college and was taken over completely by the state in 1885. .

BPK also announced today the creation of an Advisory Board to the Board of Directors and the appointment of Kjeld Thygesen and James De V.B. Guiang as Advisory Board Members.

Mr. Thygesen is the Managing Director of Lion Resources Management, a London, England mining and corporate finance consultancy firm, which advises several leading mining and natural gas funds. He is also a Director of Ivanhoe Mines. Mr. Thygesen has in excess of thirty years experience in the mining investment business, including holding various positions with Rothschild &Sons and as an international mining research analyst at James Capel.

Mr. Guiang is the founder of Azure azure /az·ure/ (azh´er) one of three metachromatic basic dyes (A, B, and C).

 Capital Management Ltd, an investment management company and is a consultant to Lion Resource Management Ltd. Mr. Guiang was the founder of International Petroleum Investments Ltd, an international energy industry consultant firm. Mr. Guiang's experience in the energy industry has included positions at Exxon, Amerada Hess and Conoco International.

Mr. Guiang is a graduate of Boston College Boston College, main campus at Chestnut Hill, Mass.; coeducational; Jesuit; est. and opened 1863. Actually a university, the school's Chestnut Hill campus comprises colleges of arts and sciences and business administration, the graduate school, and schools of nursing , Boston University Boston University, at Boston, Mass.; coeducational; founded 1839, chartered 1869, first baccalaureate granted 1871. It is composed of 16 schools and colleges.  and the London Business School Around 800 degree students, from 70 countries, graduate from the school each year. Over 80 percent of students, and over 70 percent of faculty, come from outside the UK. A further 6,000 executives attend the school executive education programmes each year. .
