Mr. Bush has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Franklin was in senior managerial positions with Tenneco Oil Company and Fina Oil and Chemical for approximately fifteen years. Mr. Franklin received his M.S. in Geology at Oregon State University Oregon State University, at Corvallis; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1858 as Corvallis College, opened 1865. Mr. Thygesen is the Managing Director of Lion Resources Management, a London, England mining and corporate finance consultancy firm, which advises several leading mining and natural gas funds. He is also a Director of Ivanhoe Mines. Mr. Thygesen has in excess of thirty years experience in the mining investment business, including holding various positions with Rothschild &Sons and as an international mining research analyst at James Capel. Mr. Guiang is a graduate of Boston College Boston College, main campus at Chestnut Hill, Mass.; coeducational; Jesuit; est. and opened 1863.
