BPI Packaging Technologies Inc. Announces New President of Market Media Inc.


NORTH DIGHTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 7, 1997--BPI Packaging Technologies Inc. ("BPI")(NASDAQ/NMS:BPIE BPIE Base Procured Investment Equipment  (Common Stock)), today announced that Donald W. Cameron has been elected president of its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

Notes:
In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
, Market Media Inc., ("Market Media") and a director of the company.

Cameron will assume these positions on Sept. 1, 1997.

These anti-smoking Educational-Tiles(TM) are a great way to reach kids and teach them that smoking is bad for them. We need to reinforce the message that kids and cigarettes don't mix."

Dennis N. Caulfield concluded, "We estimate that Educational-Tile(TM) anti-smoking advertising and promotion in public schools and other institutions will be a $500 million annual market. Market Media will also install Coca-Cola Floor Focus Ad-Tiles(TM) in France in September for an eight-week in-store test in hypermarkets in France. Upon the successful completion of the in-store test, Coca-Cola plans to install Floor Focus Ad-Tiles(TM) advertising various Coca-Cola products in all 1,056 hypermarkets in France as floor space becomes available. Coca-Cola U.S.A. has approved an in-store test for convenience stores and upon its successful completion, a national Coca-Cola convenience store program is planned. Management estimates the total market potential for Floor Focus Ad-Tile(TM) advertising of Coca-Cola and other products in hypermarkets in France at $100 million annually and a national program for Floor Focus Ad-Tile(TM) advertising in convenience stores is estimated at $40 million annually.
