The Jersey Turnpike was a turnpike in New Jersey, running west-northwest from New Brunswick to Phillipsburg.
 Cranbury Interchange at Exit 8A and the interchange of Route 120 and 32.

It is situated within the well-known industrial market at Exit 6A off the Turnpike turnpike, road paid for partly or wholly by fees collected from travelers at tollgates. It derives its name from the hinged bar that prevented passage through such a gate until the toll was paid. See also road. . During its ownership, BPG renewed and expanded the existing tenant, Market Resource Packaging, and leased the remaining 47,000 s/f to Hermann Warehouse Corporation. At the time of disposition, the property was 100% leased.

BPG acquired the property in June 2004 on behalf of its BPG Investment Partnership VI, L.P., a fully discretionary private equity fund with total equity commitments of $384 million.
