New Britain Corporate Center is a 62-acre corporate campus situated at the intersection of Route 202 and County Line Road in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. The campus is planned for the development of up to 465,000 s/ fof office space. Additionally, the firm has plans to develop 11 one and two-story office condominiums totaling more than 150,000 s/f..
