An affiliate of BPG acquired the three-story, office building in Horsham, Pennsylvania Horsham is a census-designated place (CDP) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 14,779 at the 2000 census. Horsham is located entirely within Horsham Township, Pennsylvania. in 2004 as part of a larger multi-property portfolio acquisition in New Jersey, New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of and Pennsylvania on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VI, a $384 million private equity fund sponsored by BPG.
